What other expo-style virtual events for PAs & NPs do you host across the US?
We host approximately 50 virtual career events all over the United States each year. If you are interested in participating in an event focused on a particular area, check out our
Virtual Events Page and select that state of interest to see our next event in that area.
What if I want to do my own virtual event with no other employers or exhibitors?
You can do that too! That's considered a
Custom Virtual Event and we do offer that service custom branded for your organization. When you choose a custom-branded event service, you would not have to compete with any other employers for the same pool of candidates as in an expo-style event. This would be your event. Your brand. Your candidates.
Another great benefit of utilizing our custom virtual event services is that it can be applied to
ANY recruitment need, including physicians and nurses.
If you have your own recruitment marketing department, these custom virtual events perfectly complement those efforts and are extremely inexpensive to run. If you don't, we can help you with the marketing as well.
Our very affordable pricing model for simple custom events was designed so that our healthcare partners would be comfortable availing themselves of the platform on a regular basis while giving them the freedom to cancel as soon as their TA needs are met. No long term commitment. No contracts.
Additionally, since the event is virtual and can be scheduled after work hours, busy physician candidates, for example, are much more likely to connect because they don't need to take time from work or other obligations to explore your opportunities. It is like allowing candidates to dip their toe in the water before diving into a full-blown interview process.
How many exhibitors are allowed in an expo-style career fair?
Our career fairs allow a limited number of exhibitors per event to maximize each exhibitor's engagement with participants, with Platinum having a limit of four exhibitors per event, followed by Gold, Silver, and Economy packages. Exhibitor levels are dynamic, so be sure to inquire about how many premium exhibitor options are available for each event of interest before they are sold out.
How many participants and exhibitors will attend an expo-style virtual career fair?
Naturally, the number of participants and exhibitors will vary per event. Still, we always strive to strike the right exhibitor-to-participant balance to help ensure a positive experience for everyone. To do that, we focus on bringing four to eight candidates per recruiter seat across all exhibitors participating in a single career event. We aim to limit our standard events to approximately 52 recruiter seats across all participating exhibitors; however, regional events, especially in highly populated areas involving more than one state, can have many more recruiter seats and exhibitors.
So our marketing target for a standard event is between 208 to 416 participants and upwards of 600+ for more significant events depending on various factors. These recruiter seat-to-participant ratios are "virtual event best practices" because history shows exhibitors and participants have the highest quality experience when achieved.
However, the target participation numbers and ratios are not ironclad or guaranteed. Both the exhibitor and participant numbers are dynamic, as are our marketing efforts to increase each to ideal levels based on the event size and region. Our aim is always to create the best user experience resulting in the types of quality candidate interactions that lead to first-choice hires.
What benefits does the Platinum package offer?
The Platinum Package is our premium offering. We limit the availability of our Platinum Package to only four exhibitors per Virtual Career Event to preserve a prime booth location, maximum visibility, and marketing prominence for our most select customers.
The Platinum Package includes our best event functionality, including five recruiter seats to maximize participant engagement, a broadcast message to drive participants to your booth during the event, access to participant profiles, CVs, and resumes, and three
RecruiterBoss candidate searches.
The RecruiterBoss feature engages our team of expert healthcare recruiters to scour the event data and drive suitable participants to your booth during the event. Tell us which three open jobs you would like to select as your top priority and any candidate details you feel would be most important to making a quality hire, and our recruiters will drive the closest participant matches to your representatives so they can easily schedule any next steps, including text or video chats. No additional fees would apply for this custom service.
